This week we continue our study in Ezra with a look at Ezra 7-9. Ezra was a man "skilled in the law of Moses" who had "set his heart" on studying it, doing it, and teaching it. Read the text and consider how God's commands actually brighten our eyes - that is - give us an accurate perception of reality and with it hope. Also read King David's words in Psalm 19:8 - what is he saying there and why or how is it true?
