This week we begin our second series from the period of exile in Israel's history, following our series in February on Haggai. We will be in the book of Esther, a book in the Bible that does not mention God. Trying to follow God in a Godless culture sometimes means we have difficulty finding God. The book of Esther is going to teach us how to find God in the background. Read Esther 1 and consider how the King's behavior displays bother his Godlessness and his unconscious desire for God.
