The Mystery of Communion

This week on Sunday, December 28th, we are reflecting on the meaning and mystery of the Lord’s Table. Communion is one of the most familiar practices in the life of the Church, yet it points to a reality far greater than bread and cup alone.

Together, we’ll explore how this sacred meal shapes our faith, forms our identity, and invites us into deeper participation in the life of Christ.

As you prepare, read Luke 22:19–20, 1 Corinthians 11:23–24, and John 17:20–23, and consider what it means to come to the Table not just remembering the past, but being formed in the present and oriented toward the hope of what is to come.
